Building Strong Minds and Bodies

I’m Dylan Newton—a physical education teacher, varsity baseball coach, mental performance coach, former collegiate athlete, and most importantly, a proud husband and father of three!

Sports have always been a huge part of my life. As a kid, I used to create sport leagues/tournaments and track stats for fun. As I got older, I played collegiate baseball at Lyndon State College, and today I continue to compete in the Green Mountain Baseball League each summer. Coaching and teaching allow me to stay connected to the game while giving back to the next generation of athletes.

As a Physical Education teacher and Varsity Baseball Coach for the BFA Bobwhites, I work with kids every day and see firsthand how powerful sports can be when they’re taught the right way. Athletics are about more than wins and losses—they’re about building confidence, discipline, resilience, and character.

When I’m not on the field or in the gym, you’ll usually find me with my family. My wife and I love spending time with our kids—a reminder of what matters most and why I care so deeply about creating positive environments for young people to grow!
