Sports Fundamental Camp

The Sport Fundamentals Camp is designed to help athletes develop essential movement skills, game awareness, and teamwork concepts that apply to nearly every sport.

Athletes will learn:

  • Athletic movement fundamentals: agility, coordination, balance, speed, and body control
     

  • Offensive concepts: what to do with the ball and without the ball
     

  • Defensive concepts: when to apply pressure, when to contain, and how to support teammates
     

Team play principles: covering your opponent, helping defend space or goals, and playing connected

A major emphasis of this camp is learning how to compete and communicate as a TEAM:

Athletes will be challenged to play with purpose, effort, and awareness—while learning how individual actions impact the entire group.

Tiers

Age / Skill Groups

Ages 8–10:

  • Beginner Level: Designed for athletes learning foundational movements and basic sport concepts.

  • Advanced Level: Designed for athletes ready for higher-level agility, coordination, conditioning, and decision-making challenges.

Ages 11-13:

  • The 11–13 group is designed for athletes ready for higher-level movement, decision-making, and competitive challenges.
